<div>This class builds upon the knowledge of the Aerial Yoga Beginners class. Taking the basics an applying them into flow, balances and inversions.</div>

<div>Aerial Slow, Flow:<br />Your mat practice is being brought into the air! This aerial class builds upon the knowledge of the Aerial Yoga Beginners class and combines alignment, inversions and transitional flow sequences into a 60-minute practice. The class is designed to encourage relaxation and decluttering of the mind as students move through a slower-paced aerial flow while also incorporating deep stretching into the practice. Quieter music will aid in guiding the pace of class as poses will be held longer allowing the body to fully surrender into the posture. There will also be an extended savasana to close class.</div>

<div><em>While practicing Aerial Yoga, students will move through the same basic elements of a floor practice (pranayama, asanas, savasana), while utilizing the aerial silks as a prop. You will be elevated in the fabric or will use it for alignment throughout the entire class. Some postures will involve only partial support from the silks while others will require complete trust in the fabric as it supports 100% of the body weight. The aerial silks assist alignment, deepens awareness and provides immediate benefits of spinal decompression.</em></div>
