This 55-minute ankle weight workout will recreate exercises from the GYROTONIC® Method with weights to recreate the feeling of the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower.
Props needed: Chair/stool, mat, 1 pair ankle weights (suggested 2 lbs but anything between 1-3 lbs is good)
We know timing a livestream class with your schedule can be challenging so we offer recordings of ALL of our classes. To receive a class recording, simply enroll in the class. All class registrants receive recordings within 24 hours after class. The recording link will be viewable for 3 days from the scheduled class time.
