Hatha Flow Yoga, uses postures (asana) and breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
If attending class in the studio you MUST bring your own yoga ma, a towel or pillowcase to put over the bolster, a blanket or 2 and something to cover your eyes.
You are welcome to bring your own bolster and yoga blankets. For hygiene reasons yoga blankets will no longer be supplied in studio.
If this class is full you can book in for our Home LIVE Stream class.
You will be able to access your Zoom class straight from our App or the Booking Confirmation email sent to you.
Enjoy your practice as normal from the safety of our studio or from your home :)
***If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel online outside the 2 hour cancellation window. If you do not cancel within 2 hours of your class commencing or fail to show up for your class it will result in a $15 “Late Cancellation, No-Show” fee which will be deducted from your credit card/bank account by One Family Yoga and Fitness. This helps us ensure everyone gets a chance to attend their desired classes.
