<p class="" data-pm-slice="1 1 []">This is an introductory series where young students (age 13-16) will learn the fundamentals of aerial hoop (lyra) and unique types of movements in the air. Students will work on developing individual skills, work on low-level inversions, and get an introduction to spin concepts.</p>
<p>Our instructors will safely take your children through aerial moves, one at a time. Each child will progress from one pose to the next at their own rate. They will gain flexibility, confidence, and get an amazing full-body workout! They won't even know how hard they are working because they will have so much fun.</p>
