Strength and Flexibility is a class designed around free weights and your own body weight to tone and build muscle, and to help your body stay strong and mobile. In this class you will focus on proper form and how to safely and effectively weight train. Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran there are modifiers to every workout that will help challenge you and push your limits. You will learn technique and a variety of lifts and movements that will strengthen your entire body. If you are looking to get stronger for sports, your day-to-day activities or just looking for a great workout, this is your class!
