<p>Second Saturday of the month: Jul 11, Aug 8, Sep 12, Oct 10</p>
<p>Walking Meditation is one of the simplest and most satisfying practices one can do. In addition to the peace of meditation, we will exercise the body at a moderate pace. We will bring our attention to the gift of placing our feet on the earth, and observe the natural beauty right in the Kashi Atlanta neighborhood. Our regular path will include Frazer Woods, but over the weeks of the class we will explore other oases in the Edgewood/Candler Park neighborhood. In case of mild inclement weather, we will either simply don the appropriate attire (boots, umbrella or poncho) or cancel if weather is too serve for rain gear.<br /><br />Per CDC guidelines, we will practice social distancing. Masks are required to participate and <span class="il">walks</span> are limited to 8 people.</p>
