Foundational Strength & Conditioning
Starting with the basics ensures injury risk reduction as well as physical performance improvement. Our core goal in at this level is to introduce form and mechanics of sports performance. We will delve into anatomical terminology so that athletes understand the power of positioning and its benefits to the entire structure. Consistency is very important for maximal results.
