College Bound Strength & Conditioning
At this level strength is the building block for power, speed, speed, endurance, reducing the risk, severity, and incidence of injury. Our goal is develop sound core and lower body strength through two- or one-legged squat techniques. The development of strength is the basis for optimizing lower body superiority. We will use methods not limited to squat jumps, multi-response plyometric, banded squatting, and heavy partial movements in progressions. Consistency is very important for maximal results.
