<p>This class is developed for deep relaxation. Focuses on relaxing the body, mind and spirit by holding poses for an extended time, up to 10-15 minutes. Rest and comfortableness is achieved by using props, such as bolsters, blocks, eye pillows, and helps the body to heal itself. By slowing down the pace and by practicing stillness you experience new level of comfort and calmness. Essential oils and soft music helps to deepen your perception of yourself, your body and mind. You meditate during the entire class and wake up feeling very rested and rejuvenated. All levels, all ages.</p>
