This is a mixed level class that will focus on synchronizing breath with asanas (poses) to increase core strength and flexibility while decreasing stress. Each class will explore some challenging postures with modifications given. Some long holds mixed in a flowing sequence of postures to generate internal heat and mental focus. Building strength and flexibility in the body can prevent injury, aide in weight loss, remedy insomnia, and the list goes on. Practicing breath control can help calm and quiet the brain, bring inner peace, and purify the energy body.
