About Tai Chi:
Enjoy this moving meditation that will leave you feeling the stress just melt away. Tai Chi and Qigong are excellent for practicing mindfulness, increasing balance and range of motion in joints. This class is terrific for beginners, and good for those that would rather not get on the floor.
Please plan to bring a pair of flat-soled shoes with you to class. These can be similar Tom's or any inexpensive canvas shoe.

-anything else you need to be comfortable.
Please use the restroom before class. There are no public restrooms available on site.
Payment and registration must be made through our online system at least 2 hours prior to class.
Cancellation is required at least 2 hours prior to class to allow students on the waitlist to join.
If the class is sold out, ALWAYS Sign up for the waitlist. If someone cancels, you will receive an email to confirm you would like to attend the class. You do need to select “confirm” in order to be included.
Those who are registered will be notified by email and text (if we have your correct contact information) if there are any changes to the class. (i.e. If a teacher is sick, or a location has to be changed for some unforeseen reason, etc...)
In choosing to participate in in-person classes, I affirm and agree:
1. I have not knowingly been in close with anyone known or suspected to have had COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to class.
2. I will wear a mask until I'm settled in my practice space, which will be 10ft from your neighbor. One settled in my practice space, I can choose whether to wear a mask during the practice.
3. I have not had a fever within the last 48 hours. (prior to class)
4. I will self-quarantine and participate in virtual classes for 14 days if I traveled to one of the states identified as high risk.
5. I am free from cough, shortness of breath, and sore throat. (at the time of class). I agree to stay home even if I believe these symptoms to be related to something other than COVID-19 (i.e. allergies)
6. I will take my temperature approximately 4 hours prior to the start of class, and cancel my registration at least 2 hours in advance if I have a fever, or become symptomatic.
7. I understand the cancellation policy for class is a minimum of 2 hour notice. Cancellations must me made via WellnessLiving. (Sorry, contacting the studio will not be accepted for cancellations.)
If I do not cancel my reservation at least 2 hours prior to the start of class, I will be charged for the class as follows:
1 Class will be automatically deducted from the following purchase options: Drop in, 5 or 10 class cards and 8 or 4 times a month memberships.
Students with an unlimited package (i.e. monthly, weekly, or New Student Special), will be charged $15 drop in rate for the class.
8. I will arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure ample time to sanitze my hands, have my temperature taken and settle in to a designatied practice area that will be 10ft from my meighbors.
9. I understand if I am on the waitlist, I will have 1 hour to confirm my space in class before my spot goes to another person. I understand that I need to “confirm” that I will be in attendance to promote myself into the class.
