Description of program
SAQ – Speed, Agility and Quickness – aims to improve the athlete's ability to perform explosive multi-directional movements by reprogramming the neuromuscular system so that it can work more efficiently, better coordinating the body and brain. Our goal in this age group is to increase balance, contralateral coordination, and over overall movement and running mechanics. Consistency is very important for maximal results.
