I’m glad you’re here. For a better experience for our online yoga classes, make sure to place your whole mat and body in the standing position in full view on the screen. If you’re participating to a meditation class, your video doesn’t have to show the whole body, in fact you may even turn the video off completely.
Also have handy all the props you may need for your practice (a yoga block, a bolster, pillows, blankets, a chair... my favourite is 1 or 2 rolled up beach towel)
Because Zoom doesn’t do well with me playing music, you may play your own in the background if needed. You will find a couple of Spotify links below that I love to share with you.
