<div>One hour beginner vinyasa flow yoga session using light hand weights. Class including breath work, basic yoga poses and relaxation. If you don't want to use the weights you can still participate in the class using standard arm movements and postions.</div>
<div><br />Weights, mats and blocks will be provided. All ages welcome, children 12 or younger may participate with an adult present. New to yoga? No worries, the class will be designed for persons of all experience and flexibility levels.</div>
