Yoga for Every Body is designed for all body types and abilities.
The Yoga Flow will begin in your comfort zone with some gentle stretching and then progress through Classic Yoga poses that will challenge you to focus on your muscle flexibility and strength. The number of Sun Salutations and Vinyasas is very limited and dependent on whose in attendance.
Your instructor will provide you with the proper yoga alignments, yoga props and ways to build strong postures, while showing you how to mindfully step away from what you thought you couldn't do and remain centered in this present positive moment.
