Stretch, bend, breathe and relax. By increasing flexibility,
your body will move better and feel much happier. Hatha Yoga is
suitable for all levels and abilities.
“Ha-tha” translates from Sanskrit to English to mean “sun-moon”, eluding to the two polarities in the human body. In this practice, we will move through some of the more basic Hatha yoga asanas (postures) while weaving in basic yogic breathing practice (pranayama) and yogic philosophy. You will leave with a greater sense of balance and well being in both the physical and energetic bodies.
This class will be held IN STUDIO with all recommended safety protocol. Please wash or sanitize your hands when you arrive. Keep all outdoor shoes out of the studio space. Keep a safe distance from other class participants and your instructor. Please bring your own mat.
