Our Mindful Flow is a beginner friendly approach to Vinyasa focusing on slower movements in and out of poses. Great for anyone brand new to yoga, or those who want to hone their practice with intentionality. Mindful Flow leaves space for students to feel their bodies and find proper alignment, while utilizing the flow of Vinyasa.
