Meet up with us during the 3rd Monday of each month for a Meditation Circle. Each circle will include an embodied movement practice.
This is slightly different than your typical yoga practice, it consists of intuitive movement, breath work, and sound. Embodiment practice is designed to get you back into your body and out of your head by releasing stuck thoughts or energy.
We will end with a group meditation and opportunity for sharing. By the end of practice, you'll feel fully present and more grounded.
