<p>Foundations of Flow (0+)</p>
<p>A slow and mindful practice focused on working progressively, toward refined alignment, in familiar poses while finding grace and balance in transitions. Class will begin by refocusing the energy of the day with elements of moving meditation incorporated into a fluid warm up, before transitioning to a sequence that allows time to build solid foundations and treats transitions as an extension of the pose. Basic familiarity of the practice is helpful and the use of blocks and straps will be strongly encouraged. </p>
