<div style="text-align: center;"> A 60 minute class is intended to warm your body, tone your muscles, and build strength, stamina, and balance. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">This class will create more of a challenge to your personal practice by intregrating intermediate yoga poses and transitions. We will utilize the breath to help keep the mind calm and focused while also using it guide us from one pose to the next. Combining movement and stillness to strengthen the body before ending class with a mind-clearing Savasana meditation.</div>
