In this combination of Deep Stretching + Yin Yoga, you will focus on your breath and surrender as you allow your body weight and gravity to sink you into yoga postures that are each held 3-5 minutes. Through this meditative practice of passive stretching, connective tissues are safely lengthened resulting in improved flexibility. This class is warmed at 75 degrees, as it typically follows our Hot Yoga classes and the room will still be warmed.
