Poses will be held longer, allowing student to build more strength in certain muscle groups. Special focus on the core muscles used to support you in your yoga practice. Roll out of bed with an invigorating practice to wake you up and set the pace for your day. Rise &Shine will include sun salutations, standing, seated and some inverted poses linked with Ujjayi breath to awaken the body and the mind. This "all levels class" is suitable for everyone as modifications/variations will be offered. I can guide you but you fly the plane! You can make the class more or less challenging. Start your weekend off mindfully.</em></span></p>
