<p>Have you ever wanted to do Pilates, but have felt too intimidated or unsure how to?<br /><br />This class is the very thing to begin your journey with Pilates in a safe, nurturing space.<br /><br />You will be introduced to the benefits & basic principles of Pilates.<br /><br />This class is for you if you're an absolute beginner, pre or post natal or you want to revisit the basics and strengthen their personal practice.</p>
<p>We will cover the Six Basic Principles that will be the foundation for you to build your personal pilates practice. Inna Essence incorporate modern theories of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation developed through STOTT PILATES.</p>
<p>These fundamental principles relate to body awareness and proper alignment to ensure safe and effective exercise:</p>

<li>Pelvic Placement</li>
<li>Rib Cage Placement</li>
<li>Scapular Movement and Stabilisation</li>
<li>Head and Cervical Placement</li>
