Fitness | This class utilizes each muscle group to build your
strength, endurance, and balance with functional training
using AMRAP style (as many rounds as possible). You will use a
combination of long bars, free weights, medicine balls, bands, and
bodyweight to perform compound movements that will tone the entire
body. Exersizes will be combined together in guided rounds to
complete as many rounds as possible in the alloted
time.
