<p>This is a 60 minute class with the concept of first stressing the muscles and then stretching the connective tissues. The first half of the class is dedicated to the Yang. Yang is the masculine energy. Yang also lives in the physical body as the skin and muscle. Yang tissues are challenged in this first part of the class holding strength yoga postures. Challenging your body while releasing your yang energy. The second part of the class is dedicated to the Yin. The Yin is the feminine energy and also applies to the body in the connective tissues such as your joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Through holding yin poses, in a relaxed environment, you will increase your flexibility in a safer manner. By the end of this amazing class you will be energetically and physically centered in mind, body and soul.</p>
