<p>Mamas, bring your baby to this 45 minute postnatal workout! This class allows you to receive a safe workout while your baby is snuggling in their carrier. If the baby is is sleeping in their car seat or practicing tummy on the mat - you can still paticipate in the class with all the other mamas!</p>
<p>Traditional Barre exercises are specially designed to help rebuild core and pelvic floor strength. Lara is our trained pre / post natal instructor with over 7 years of group fitness experience.</p>
