<p><strong>LIVE STREAM: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">The teacher is streaming their class from the yoga studio. They will not be able to give you personal attention in this live stream. Please join if you feel confident to have fun and feel the energy from people practicing on their yoga mats.<br />.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>PARKING</strong></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Park in front and walk around the building. There are very limited parking spots in the back.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>SET UP AT HOME</strong></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Set up your yoga mat, hand towel, and water. Two handheld 3-5 lbs weights are recommended but not necessary. Students who are new to using weights in their practice are highly encouraged to skip the weights for the first class.</span></p>
