<p>This class is an outdoor class and is held at historic and beautiful McLaughlin Garden - 97 Main St. South Paris, Maine. This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. This is a gentle joints class so there is no weight bearing through the knees or wrists. </p>
<p>You must register for this class online prior to class start. </p>
<p>If you would like a chair to sit in please feel free to bring one. </p>
<p>In the case of inclement weather where we cannot practice outdoors this class will be offered on line. Determination will be made at least 1 hour prior to class star and emailed to registrants. You may cancel your registration up to 15 minutes prior to class start. </p>
