cover all the basics, from elementary coordination, to floor work
and beginner pole moves. No climbing here! This class focuses on
building strength, increasing flexibility and mastering the
foundational moves in pole fitness. Make sure to wear clothes you
feel comfortable moving and sweating in, like yoga pants, athletic
shorts, socks and sports bra.
