<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Our Tuesday morning session stands out as one of the most challenging yet highly rewarding sessions of the week, catering to swimmers of many proficiency levels. It is one of our two flagship 90minute morning sessions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This intensive workout focuses on pushing your limits around threshold pace and building endurance through a strategic blend of threshold training methods. </span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The session is primarily designed to boost swim fitness, endurance and achieving fantastic pacing skills, without incorporating extensive technique drills.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Cancellation Policy - Important:</span></strong></span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- The cancellation window for all squad sessions (regardless of reason, including illness) is 24 hours before the session start time.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- Cancellations or no-shows after this point are charged as normal, ensuring a fair system for swimmers and South West Swim.</span><br /><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- Please use the booking system or mobile app to cancel, cancellations are not accepted via phone, text, email as these may be missed.<br /></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">- There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy in order to provide a fair system to all swimmers and South West Swim.</span></span></p>
