Join Elizabeth Larkam, the incredible movement education innovator and published author for this one-hour mat class using props (band, block, exercise ball, BOSU, roller) to workout, breathe, and improve your balance. All levels welcome!
We know timing a livestream class with your schedule can be challenging so we offer recordings of ALL of our classes. To receive a class recording, simply enroll in the class. All class registrants receive recordings within 24 hours after class. The recording link will be viewable for 3 days from the scheduled class time.
All levels welcome! You simply need a mat, a yoga block, and a theraband.
Class cost: $28 drop-in, 10-pack $25 per class, Unlimited Monthly Membership $175
E-mail confirmations with the ZOOM link and details are sent the day of the class. Registration is closed 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
