The evening begins with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and time to chat, followed by lovely restorative yoga poses using blankets, blocks, bolsters, yoga sand bags and eye and neck pillows to get super comfy. Soft music plays in the background as Ellen guides you into deep relaxation.
Restorative yoga is a practice
that is all about slowing down and opening the body through passive
stretching. Clinical research into restorative yoga has found that
it can improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic pain,
reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and more.
No yoga experience necessary. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. This workshop often sells out, so sign-up early! The cost is $20 and includes wine, tea, and water.
