Not recommended as a first class. Prior pole experience necessary. Must have completed either Intro to Pole 4-Week Series, four or more Beginner level classes, or have Instructor permission. Build body awareness and confidence while flowing together spins, transitions, low pole tricks and floor work. Each month a choreographed sequence will build upon itself, and recap previous weeks. Focus on breath, presence, and feeling the music. Enjoy your body moving with others. developing your own flow and musicality. Come as you are. Blow off some steam. Leave feeling recharged! Bring: Knee pads or leg warmers to protect knees. Booty shorts, layers for warm-up and cool down. Barefoot or socks. Heels welcome but not necessary.

There is a 3 person registration minimum for this class. If minimum is not met by 12pm the day of class for classes starting at or after 2pm or by 10pm the evening before class for classes starting before 2 pm, class will be canceled with no charge to current registrants. Must cancel 12 hours before scheduled class to receive full refund. No refund for late cancel or no shows.
