This is an 8-week strength training program which meets virtually every Monday at 5:30 P.M.
If you have never been able to do a proper pull-up challenge yourself to do one by the end of this series.
Please make sure you have all the items below before August 17th;
1- At least 5 lbs weights or something weighing at least 5 lbs.
2- Pull up bar. Such as this one.
3- Something you can hook a therabands up high.
