<p>This Kundlini inspired class taught by Terri Hargrove will include a physical yoga practice, meditation and chanting. Yogi Bhajan brought Kundlini to the masses in the 1960's. He believed that "It is everyon'e birthright to be healthy, happy and holy." The practice of Kundalini is a way to claim that birth right.
