<p>In this workshops series, you will learn new ways to approach foundational poses so you can feel strong and confident. You will learn skills and drills that will help you build the strength, mobility, and patience to advance all areas of your practice (including arm balances and inversions)!</p>
<p>Finally, you will explore creative transitions linking breath with movement to feel present and strong in your yoga asana practice. Whether you are a new yogi or more advanced, this workshop will take your practice to the next level!</p>
