moves slowly with minimal flow and will feature the calming
ambiance of candlelight.
MELD is all about connecting movement to breath in order to
stretch and strengthen, increase range of motion, and improve
balance. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Those new to a
yoga practice will enjoy the easier pace and the opportunity to
