Led by professional Fitness Trainers, each of our Boot Camp classes are small, around 5-10 people per class. This insures that you will get all the attention of personal training at a FRACTION of the cost in a motivational, fun, group setting with a variety of drills and easy-to-use equipment like Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands, etc.
The classes are fast-paced and energetic and are especially geared for people who are trying to lose weight. We start with the basics and make sure that every exercise can be modified for both the beginner and for those who have been with us for years.
The best part is, you don’t need to spend HOURS in the gym working out. In fact, our workouts are only 45mins long, giving you MAXIMUM results in a MINIMUM amount of time. How? Because we use ALL of your large muscle groups. This revs up your metabolism and turns your body into a calorie-burning furnace!
