Covid-19 has brought about a rather sudden change to all of our lives. With any change, our mental and emotional health should be made a priority. If you're feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, and/or lonely during this experience, you may find some solace and relief by incorporating meditation into your life.
Guided Meditations with Swati will be short 30 minute sessions on Sunday evenings. The intention behind this space is to end the week feeling grounded and build community with other meditation practitioners. No prior meditation experience needed. Each session will begin with a quick check in and a few minutes of pranayama (yogic breathing exercises). We will then transition to a guided meditation facilitated by Swati.
We hope to expand our meditation offering as demand increases. No prior meditation experience required.
