Aerial Yoga
In this class you will hold supported poses allowing deep releases in your hips, back, shoulders and neck. Designed to help you stretch and relax, you will leave feeling open, at peace and rested.
You will use the hammock to bring your body to a more balanced postural alignment so that you can be coaxed to release chronic tension and simultaneously bring your mind to a more balanced state. This practice can be quite powerful and therefore also very effective for experiencing Yoga.
For your safety, and the hammocks, we ask that you remove all your jewelry and make sure to avoid wearing clothes with zippers, velcro, or buttons. Although not mandatory, clothes covering your armpits and knees will be more confrotable for your skin to avoid chafing.
