About Tai Chi:
Enjoy this moving meditation that will leave you feeling the stress just melt away. Tai Chi and Qigong are excellent for practicing mindfulness, increasing balance and range of motion in joints. This class is terrific for beginners, and good for those that would rather not get on the floor.
Please plan to bring a pair of flat-soled shoes with you to class. These can be similar Tom's or any inexpensive canvas shoe.
Suitable for beginners and continuing students.
**To attend virtually, preregistration is required a minimum of 2 hour prior to the start of the class. You will receive an email invitation to the online class 15 minutes prior to the class. The teacher will be available online 10 minutes prior to class to say “hello,” connect, and take any requests for the class on this date.
Don't worry if you aren't able to attend the LIVE class. If you are pre-registered, you will recieve a link to the class that you can download and keep as long as you would like a few hours after the end of the class.
