This Class starts is Savasana and allows a flowing variation
of yoga poses and sequence that can be Vinyasa based. You will work
through balances, stretches, and strength poses while connecting to
your breath. The last 25-30 minutes of the class will focus on
releasing stress and tension through deep stretch yin postures and
relaxing sequences. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
This class is open for all levels and abilities and is a great way
to center and ground yourself for the day ahead.
