Slow and Mindful Yoga has a strong focus on breath, helping quiet your mind, calm your nerves and connect you to a deeper place within.
It starts with mindful meditation, bringing you into the present moment and increasing your awareness of your body. With a mix of dynamic postures and soothing techniques that follow, your body will relax and release deeply for you, ensuring you leave the class feeling calm, balanced and nurtured.
All ages, fitness abilities and first-time yogis are welcome!
**Towel is required. You can bring your own mat but we also have mat available in the studio that you can use.
