This retreat day we will be exploring ways to Spring cleanse
naturally, how we can support our body's detoxification organs so
we can be in good health always. There are useful tips and tricks
you can add into your daily routine to ensure that your body is
always being supported to cleanse and not just every now and again
when we commit to doing an actual and often strenuous
cleanse!
No pills and powders needed!
The day includes a mixture of yoga, meditation and relaxation,
suitable for all levels, as well as healthy snacks and lunch
provided.
10am - cleansing yoga sequence and meditation practice
11.30am - morning tea
12pm - discovering our body's natural detoxification systems and how to best support it
1pm - lunch
2pm - Mindfulness & creating energetic flow through traditional medicine practices
2.45pm - Yin & Yoga Nidra relaxation
