Heated Vinyasa Flow blends foundations of both Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Flow classes. It incorporates the meditative and detoxifying qualities of Hot Yoga with the movement and flow of Vinyasa. This class is practiced in a heated environment to open the shoulders, spine and hips, while strengthens the core and upper body. This is an energizing class appealing to anyone who appreciates a healthy sweat.
Power Flow classes may include several Vinyasa , spinal twisting, and long holds for maximum strength, focused abdominal work and inversions. Room is heated to a temperature of 85 – 90 degrees. All levels are accommodated.
