We will learn ancient mindfulness practices scientifically proven to:

During the course, you will learn mindfulness practices including:
- Traditional Yoga Movement Practices
- Body Scan
- Sitting Meditation
- Mindful Living
- How to incorporate these practices at home or work
Most importantly, you will learn to incorporate these practices in the hustle and bustle of your daily life--at home and or at work.
Learning different practices will help you find the one(s) right for you and your lifestyle; helping you to change your relationship to stress and anxiety naturally!
Interactive Online Course
This course is offered using Zoom. You'll receive a link. It's an easy click to join in from the comfort of your home. The beauty of this, is you are able to start your home practice right away, so you can bring the peace of meditation into your daily life--where we all need it the most.
Classes will be recorded and shared with the participants in case you miss a class, or you wish to go back and revist a practice at a later date.
Limit to 10 students. We keep the class size small to allow for more time for relationship building and connection between group members.
