This Tower Basic Class incorporates the Mat and the Tower as a safe place to start your Pilates journey. If you are new to Pilates, this will help you learn to apply the basic Pilates principles and learn the Pilates fundamentals to familiarize yourself on the Mat and on Pilates Equipment.
