This Pre-Registered Tower Basic Enrollment Class incorporates the Mat and the Tower as a safe place to start your Pilates journey. If you are new to Pilates, this 4-week program will help you learn to apply the basic Pilates principles and learn the Pilates fundamentals to familiarize yourself on the Mat and on Pilates Equipment. In a small group class setting, you are on your way to improve your posture, build a stronger core, and increase your stability, strength, flexibility and mobility.
Modifications are available, and beginners or those wishing to build good Pilates techniques are welcome!
