This is the outside version of our Intermediate class. The
Intermediate class is the most attended and the most varied in
fitness levels. You will learn new movement patterns, progression
of skills, and work on proper form. We vary the workout style often
(reps, timed intervals, stations, self-paced) to provide variety
and a challenging, progressive training stimulus. Basically, you’ll
be challenged to do new things with your body and you’ll love
it!
There will be a white board displayed telling you what
equipment you will need for the workout. Please choose your
equipment according to your fitness level. You will also grab a
disinfecting spray bottle and a few micro fiber towels from the
green bucket. Find a cone and consider that your workout area for
the next 30 minutes. At the end of the workout you will be required
to thoroughly clean and dry all your equipment and return it to
where you got it. From start to finish please adhere to physical
distancing guidelines. The studio bathroom is not available during
this time.
