Join us at any point in your
pregnancy for a 1 hour class designed to keep your changing body
feeling nourished through movement and start to prepare key muscles
for the journey of childbirth.
Each week we will practice a
mixture of breathing exercises, modified yoga poses for pregnancy
and finish with a meditation or visulisation designed to help you
relax into your pregnancy and prepare for the transition into
motherhood.
A great way to meet some other
mums-to-be and start to understand your body's needs as it
continues to shift and grow.
